SVETI MARTIN SPA
Sveti Martin Spa is located in Croatia, in the upper Medjimurje region, near the town of Sveti Martin on the Mura River. It consists of the HOTEL TERME SVETI MARTIN (ex-Hotel Spa Golfer), the APARTMENTS TERME SVETI MARTIN (ex-Apartments Regina), the year-round thermal mineral bath “The Temple of life” and the summer Aquapark Martilandia.
APARTMENTS TERME SVETI MARTIN 3* (ex-apartments Regina) – STANDARD AND PREMIUM
The apartment complex is ideal for family holidays, and pets are allowed.
There are 69 standard apartments (for 2-3 persons) and 29 family apartments (for 4-5 persons). All apartments are air-conditioned and have a fully equipped kitchenette, satellite TV and a private bathroom. TV and free WiFi.
The Vučkovec buffet restaurant offers a unique combination of indigenous Medjimur dishes with a touch of modern cuisine and international cuisine. There are 5 restaurants in total, plus a bar in the water park, which offers a wide selection of refreshing drinks in summer.
In 2021, some of the apartments have been further upgraded and renovated – they are called PREMIUM apartments.

APP family (4+1):for up to 4 adults and 1 child, 40 m²; two bedrooms, living room with sofa bed (extra bed), connected to the kitchen and dining room, microwave oven with grill, coffee machine, bathroom with shower, bathroom and toilet, hairdryer, sat. TV, air conditioning, free WiFi, balcony or terrace.
On request, it is also possible to offer a stay in an upgraded and renovated 4+1 FAMILY PREMIUM apartment.

SWIMMING POOLS AND WELLNESS FACILITIES
Spa area at Hotel Spa Golfer: indoor/outdoor swimming pool, 2 whirlpools and wellness area: on the ground floor of the hotel, it covers 1800 m² and offers modern facilities and a wide range of health and beauty treatments with saunas. Entrance at extra charge.
The Temple of Life Thermal Baths (connected to the hotel by a corridor): indoor pools on a total surface area of 1050 m² (open all year round); water temperature 33-35 °C; large thermal pool, leisure pool, children’s pool, 3 whirlpools (based on the philosophy of Dr. Rudolf Steiner) and an outdoor thermal pool and a rapid river next to the indoor complex.
Outdoor swimming pool – AQUAPARK MartiLandia, renovated in 2019, 2600 m²; leisure pool, pool with slides, children’s pool with water playground, whirlpools.

Advantages: complete infrastructure for cyclists (Adria Bike Hotel, 12 marked routes, service, laundry, bike rental). Free entertainment programme (except Mondays), including weekend trips to a deer farm and zip line (extra charge). On the day of arrival, swimming is included in the pre-booking price. On the last day of your stay, bathing is free of charge, but upon presentation of an ID as a deposit for a bathrobe. Plenty of sporting opportunities: tennis, golf, indoor sports, trim trail, etc. Baby cot on request. Lunch can be taken at the à la carte restaurant Le Batat.
For an extra charge: access to the Spa area (hotel pool and saunas) approx. 12 EUR/person/3 hours; towel and sheet for the sauna (deposit); bathrobe rental in the Spa area approx. EUR 7; lunch at the pool from 23.6.-31.8. EUR 6/person (also applies to children), baby cot EUR 11/day, dogs EUR 13/day, garage EUR 11/day, sports activities.
Restrictions: over 16 years of age are allowed in the Spa area, The Sauna World and Spa area are used as an FKK area – swimwear is not allowed. Dinner is served in case of a small number of guests. The fast river in the thermal part is open in summer (from June to September). The MartiLandia outdoor swimming pool is open in summer (June-August). The apartments are not adapted for people with disabilities.
