Managing bookings
Preparing offers on demand
We very much welcome the relaxation of the measures in Slovenia, but we are aware of the potential risk of their reinstatement. We continue to make “on-demand” offers and bookings primarily for Slovenian destinations and destinations in the region.
In cooperation with our tour operator partners – the Sonček Tourist Agency, TA Palma and Sajko Tourism, among others – we can also offer you holidays in more distant destinations, cruises, longer trips – also “on demand”.
We maintain flexibility for bookings, especially early bookings
Provisions, both short-term and long-term, are managed smoothly. We recommend that you make your reservations as early as possible, especially for holiday dates, despite the still volatile travel conditions. Capacities are always very busy or full during these periods in popular destinations.
Both our agency and our tour operator partners try to offer the most flexible conditions for such bookings. These vary according to the type of offer and the dates, so we always present them in an offer after receiving a request from the individual customer.
Recommended – travel insurance
The financial investment in a break or holiday is not negligible in an individual’s budget. Given the greater volatility of travel conditions, and the greater risk of sudden changes in health that can prevent, spoil or shorten a trip. We therefore recommend that you choose to book one of the following at the time of booking travel insurance – in particular trip cancellation insurance or comprehensive insurance, which covers risks both before and during the trip.
